No trackers, one functional cookie

This site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. Fonts and images come from our own server; loading a page sends no request to any other party.

There is one cookie, and only if you request access to the LED configurator. When you open the link from the email, the site sets the cookie "ledqx_configurator". It remembers for 90 days that this device has access, so you do not have to request the link again each time. The cookie holds no name or email address, only a signed expiry date and your language. It is functional, is not used to follow you and cannot be read by scripts. If you delete the cookie, you request a new link.

Which data we process

Quote and contact form: what you enter yourself. That is your name, company, email address and phone number, the products and the application you choose, dimensions, the preferred date and your message.

LED configurator: your name, company name, email address and phone number, and whether you ticked the box for news and updates. What you enter in the tool itself (cabinets, frame rate, processor) stays in your browser. It only reaches us if you request a quote from the tool.

To limit abuse of the forms, the server keeps your IP address in working memory for a short time. The party hosting the site may also keep technical log files.

What for

Quote and contact: to answer your request and prepare a quote for you. We do that at your request, as a step towards a possible agreement.

LED configurator: to give you access and to contact you about your project. You get access to the tool in exchange for your details; the form says so. We send the link to your email address to check that the address exists.

We only send news and updates if you ticked that box yourself. It is never ticked in advance and you get access without it too. You can unsubscribe at any time by email. We do not sell your details.

How the forms work

A form sends your request to us as an email. The website itself does not store your request in a database. We may also keep requests for the LED configurator in a list on our own server, so we know who requested access and who wants to receive news.

How long

We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and to stay in touch about your project. If it becomes an order, we keep the details for as long as the law requires for our records. The LED configurator cookie expires after 90 days.

Your rights

You may view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted, and you can object to contact about your project. Send an email to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
